CONTEST DATES: “Triple Dipper” Contest (the “Contest”) begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 21, 2024 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 18, 2024 (“Contest Period”). Website (defined below) clock is the official clock of the Contest. Normal Internet, phone and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service provider may apply.
ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open only to legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in their state of residence as of the date of entry (the “Entrant”). Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and each of its subsidiaries and affiliates, distributors, vendors, advertising/promotion agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of the Contest, including, but not limited to, National Sweepstakes Company, LLC (the “Independent Administrator”), Brinker International Payroll Company, L.P. (“Brinker”), and the entities supplying the prizes (collectively referred to herein as “Contest Entities”) as well as each of their immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children and parents, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to participate. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Contest is void outside of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.
By entering the Contest, Entrant indicates their full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules and the decision of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
HOW TO ENTER: Entrants will need to submit a video via Instagram or TikTok of three (3) trick shots (the “Submission”) and use #TripleDipperTrickShot and #Contest. The Submission must include: i) Name the Trick Shots, ii) Make the Trick Shots, and iii) Celebrate the Trick Shots. There are two (2) ways to submit Submissions:
1. Instagram: In order to enter, you must be a registered Instagram user and your profile settings must be set to “public”. To become a registered user of Instagram, create an account on Instagram at

www.tiktok.com (the “Website”) during the Contest Period and follow @dudeperfect or @chilisofficial. Then submit the video with both hashtags of #TripleDipperTrickShot and #Contest.
Video file size cannot exceed applicable Instagram or TikTok upload requirements & must comply with video requirements. By submitting a video on Instagram or TikTok, Contestants agree to comply with the Terms of Service for each respective site. Failure to comply with such terms & guidelines may result in disqualification.
Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta or TikTok. You understand that you are supplying your information to the Sponsor and not to Meta or TikTok.
Submission must include: If any of the individuals pictured in the video submitted by Entrant are minors in their state of residence, the Entrant represents and warrants that he/she has obtained the consent of each minor's parent or legal guardian to videotape the minor and that such parent or legal guardian agreed that the Sponsor and its agents can use, advertise, monetize and otherwise exploit and distribute in any media whatsoever, including without limitation the Internet, now known or hereafter created, worldwide in perpetuity, such minor's name, likeness, image, voice and comments without any further consent or compensation.
Limit of one (1) Submission per Entrant for the entire Contest Period. Any attempt by any Entrant to enter more than one (1) Submission by using multiple/different addresses, identities, logins and/or any other methods will void all of that Entrant’s Submission, and that Entrant will be disqualified from the Contest. Late Submissions or Submissions sent any other method than as stated above will not be accepted. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, incomplete Submissions. All Submissions shall become the exclusive property of the Sponsors and will not be returned. Sponsors have no obligation to acknowledge receipt of or to return any Submissions received. Submissions that (a) contain personably identifiable information; (b) are determined by the Sponsors and/or the judges in their sole discretion to be indecent, offensive, inappropriate or morally objectionable, (c) are otherwise unfit for publication to the Website; or (d) violate these Official Contest Rules will not be eligible.
By submitting a Contest Entry Form and other required submission materials, the Entrant: (i) warrants and represents that he/she has read these Official Contest Rules, is eligible to participate in the Contest and agrees to be bound thereby; (ii) warrants and represents that all of the information provided in his/her submission materials is accurate, (iii) warrants and represents that the submission materials are the original work of the Entrant and do not violate any third party's legal rights (including without limitation rights of copyright, trademark, moral rights, image rights, music synchronization rights, or other intellectual property right, privacy and/or publicity), and/or any applicable law; (iv) represents and warrants that the submission materials do not contain any disabling device, virus, worm, back door or other disruptive or malicious code that may or are intended to impair their intended performance or otherwise permit unauthorized access to, hamper, delete or damage any computer system, software, network or data; (v) consents to the use of his/her name and/or likeness by the Sponsor, Brinker and their respective authorized representatives for promotional purposes in connection with the Contest (whether online, in print or through any other media now known or hereafter developed), without additional compensation and unless prohibited by law; (vi) agrees that, if selected as a prize winner, Entrant will be solely responsible for any and all resulting tax consequences; and (vii) consents to allow Sponsor to use any information contained in the Submission materials for the purpose of providing Entrant with information about available products or services in accordance with applicable law.
All Entrants agree that, to the extent permitted by law, the Sponsor and its agents (which may include Brinker) can use, advertise, monetize and otherwise exploit and distribute in any media whatsoever, including without limitation the Internet, now known or hereafter created, worldwide in perpetuity, the Entrant's Submission materials, name, likeness, image, voice, comments and appearances without any further consent or consideration. Further, by entering the Contest, each Entrant represents and warrants that each individual who is included, or whose property is included, in the videotapes or any type of media for Entrant's Submission, agreed that the Sponsor and its agents can use, advertise, monetize and otherwise exploit and distribute in any media whatsoever, including without limitation the Internet, now known or hereafter created, worldwide in perpetuity, such other individual's property, name, likeness, image, voice and comments without any further consent or compensation, and each Entrant agrees that it assigns its moral rights to the Sponsor and its agents for such purposes.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting a Submission, the Submission will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of submission. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses, or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Potential prize winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
Without limitation, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant (i) whose social media account, in their sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor or its agents, Brinker or its affiliates, the Contest or any other person or entity; (ii) who does not comply with these Official Rules; or (ii) if Sponsor receives notification about any potential infringements or breaches of law or any other reason set forth herein.
JUDGING/WINNING: All eligible Submissions will be judged by a qualified, independent panel of judges based on the following criteria:
Difficulty (40%)- The challenge level of successfully executing the trick shots
Creativity (30%)-The originality and uniqueness of the trick shot and the Name of the trick shots
Celebration (30%)- The enthusiasm, energy, and spirit in celebrating the success of the trick shots, mirroring Dude Perfect’s style
The three (3) Submissions receiving the highest cumulative score will be awarded a prize. In the event of a tie, the Submissions will be re-judged by an additional judge who will serve as a tiebreaker and evaluate such tied Finalist Submissions according to the criteria listed above.
All judging of the eligible Submissions will be under the supervision of an independent panel of judges and Sponsor, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to the Contest. In addition, Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, elect to promote and advertise any Submission materials from Entrants. Sponsor and its agents or Contest Entities are not responsible for the appearance or streaming quality of videos online. All Submission materials become the property of the Sponsor. Submissions that contain any content determined by Sponsor or the judges in their sole discretion to be indecent, inappropriate, morally objectionable or otherwise unfit for advertising or publication will be disqualified.
PRIZE: Each prize winner will receive a Chili’s gift card of $1,040 (which equates to one Triple Dipper platter a week for one year) (each a “Grand Prize”). Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $1,040.
Total ARV of all Grand Prizes is $3,120.
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Grand Prize gift card must be used within twelve months. Gift Card terms are those of the retailer and Entrant is responsible for adhering to the gift card terms and conditions. No transfer or substitution of Grand Prize is allowed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Grand Prize Winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws, rules and regulations. The value of the Grand Prize may be taxable as income and the Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all matters relating to the Grand Prize, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local taxes that become due with respect to the Grand Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any part of the prize becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen portion of the prize.
No more than the number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded. PRIZE NOTIFICATION: Potential Grand Winner will be notified via e-mail or mail within two (2) business days of the date in which the potential Grand Prize Winner is determined (the “Notification”). In order to claim the Grand Prize, the potential Grand Prize Winner must respond to the Notification within the time frame indicated by providing the Required Documents (as defined in the “PRIZE CLAIMS” section below). In the event that: (a) the potential Grand Prize Winner fails to respond to the Notification; (b) the potential Grand Prize Winner fails to supply the Required Documents; (c) any Notification is returned as undeliverable; or (d) it is determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, that the potential Grand Prize Winner is not eligible in accordance with these Official Rules, such potential Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified and the Submission with the next highest cumulative score will be determined to be the alternate Grand Prize Winner.
PRIZE CLAIM: Except where prohibited, the potential Grand Prize Winner must sign and return to the Independent Administrator an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability/publicity release (the “Release”) and IRS form W-9 in order to claim the Grand Prize (collectively, the “Required Documents”) within the time frame indicated in the Notification. If the potential Grand Prize Winner fails to sign and return the Required Documents within the required time period, the potential Grand Prize Winner forfeits their right to the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize is taxable as income and the Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for any taxes on the Grand Prize, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. The Sponsor must report the value of the Grand Prize to the IRS in the year the Grand Prize is received by the Grand Prize Winner and will be reported to the Grand Prize Winner and the IRS in the form of a Form 1099.
Grand Prize Winner consents to use of their name, likeness, biographical information, and voice (or any derivation thereof) in advertising worldwide without additional compensation (TN residents will not be required to sign a publicity release as a condition of winning a prize).
GENERAL: All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner, if applicable. By participating in this Contest, each Entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which shall be final in all respects relating to the Contest, including without limitation, the interpretation of these Official Rules. Sponsor, its agents, licensees, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional agencies and suppliers, Meta, TikTok and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Contest, including the Independent Administrator, and each of their respective directors, officers, shareholders and employees are not responsible and shall not be liable for; [a] electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction; [b] unauthorized access to or alterations of Submission materials; [c] technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions; or [d] limitations of any kind or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. Sponsor and its agents and / or Independent Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, damaged, misdirected, or any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted. Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants, Sponsor, or Independent Administrator. Submissions which contain false information, are incomplete, inaccurate or are otherwise forged, defective, or made outside authorized channels, including those which have failed due to malfunction or failure of phones, phone lines, telephone systems or networks, server, providers, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof of any kind, any human error or otherwise, shall be void. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. SPONSOR’S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THESE PROVISIONS. If, for any reason whatsoever, this Contest, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause which, in the Sponsor’s sole judgment, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest and limit Submissions to those submitted prior to the action taken, or to proceed in such a manner as may be deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of such action will be posted on the Website. All federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local regulations apply.
DISPUTES: ENTRANTS AGREE THAT: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND/OR CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS CONTEST OR THE GRAND PRIZE AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK IN A STATE OR FEDERAL COURT LOCATED IN NEW YORK, NY WITHOUT REGARD TO PRINCIPLES OF CONFLICTS OF LAW; AND (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED IN RESOLVING THE DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CAUSE OF ACTION, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS CONTEST, IF ANY, BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ENTRANT BE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
NO LIABILITY: By participating, Entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, Meta, TikTok and its agents, and each and all of the Contest Entities (including Brinker) from and against any claims made related in any way to the operation of the Contest as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Contest-related activity, in the Contest and the display or distribution in any way of the Submission, or any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy or merchandise delivery.
