CONTEST DATES: “Trick Shot of the Month” Contest (the “Contest”) begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on April 30, 2025 (“Contest Period”). Website (defined below) clock is the official clock of the Contest. Normal Internet, phone and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service provider may apply.

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open only to: i) legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in their state of residence as of the date of entry (the “Entrant”).  Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and each of its subsidiaries and affiliates, distributors, vendors, advertising/promotion agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of the Contest, including, but not limited to, National Sweepstakes Company, LLC (the “Independent Administrator”), and the entities supplying the prizes (collectively referred to herein as “Contest Entities”) as well as their immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children and parents, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to participate.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Contest is void outside of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.

By entering the Contest, Entrant indicates their full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules and the decision of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER: Visit www.dudeperfect.com/trickshot (the “Website”) during the Contest Period and complete and submit the following required steps (collectively, the “Submission”) to enter the Contest:

1.  Contest Entry Form: Fill out the Official Contest Entry Form in its entirety, including your full name, physical address, phone number, age, and email.
2. Video Submission: From the Website, click on the link to follow the instructions to submit a video showing one of the following: a. 30 second or less video of your Trick Shot. Video should be a maximum size of 1024 MB and submitted in the format of mp4, 9:16 aspect ratio. Submission must include: i) Name the Trick Shot, ii) Make the Trick Shot, and iii) Celebrate the Trick Shot. If any of the individuals pictured in the video submitted by Entrant are minors in their state of residence, the Entrant represents and warrants that he/she has obtained the consent of each minor's parent or legal guardian to videotape the minor and that such parent or legal guardian agreed that the Sponsor and its agents can use, advertise, monetize and otherwise exploit and distribute in any media whatsoever, including without limitation the Internet, now known or hereafter created, worldwide in perpetuity, such minor's name, likeness, image, voice and comments without any further consent or compensation.

Limit of one (1) Submission per Entrant for the entire Contest Period.  Any attempt by any Entrant to enter more than one (1) Submission by using multiple/different addresses, identities, logins and/or any other methods will void all that Entrant’s Submission(s), and that Entrant will be disqualified from the Contest. Late Submissions or Submissions sent any other method than as stated above will not be accepted. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, incomplete Submissions.  All Submissions shall become the exclusive property of the Sponsors and will not be returned.  Sponsors have no obligation to acknowledge receipt of or to return any Submissions received.  Submissions that (a) contain personably identifiable information; (b) are determined by the Sponsors and/or the judges in their sole discretion to be indecent, offensive, inappropriate or morally objectionable, (c) are otherwise unfit for publication to the Website; or (d) violate these Official Contest Rules will not be eligible.

By submitting a Contest Entry Form and other required submission materials, the Entrant: (i) warrants and represents that he/she has read these Official Contest Rules,  is eligible to participate in the Contest and agrees to be bound thereby; (ii) warrants and represents that all of the information provided in his/her submission materials is accurate, (iii) warrants and represents that the submission materials are the original work of the Entrant and do not violate any third party's legal rights (including without limitation rights of copyright, trademark, moral rights, image rights, music synchronization rights, or other intellectual property right, privacy and/or publicity), and/or any applicable law; (iv) represents and warrants that the submission materials do not contain any disabling device, virus, worm, back door or other disruptive or malicious code that may or are intended to impair their intended performance or otherwise permit unauthorized access to, hamper, delete or damage any computer system, software, network or data; (v) consents to the use of his/her name and/or likeness by the Sponsor and its respective authorized representatives for promotional purposes in connection with the Contest (whether online, in print or through any other media now known or hereafter developed), without additional compensation and unless prohibited by law; (vi) agrees that, if selected as a prize winner, Entrant will be solely responsible for any and all resulting tax consequences; and (vii) consents to allow Sponsor to use any information contained in the Submission materials for the purpose of providing Entrant with information about available products or services in accordance with applicable law.

All Entrants agree that, to the extent permitted by law, the Sponsor and its agents can use, advertise, monetize and otherwise exploit and distribute in any media whatsoever, including without limitation the Internet, now known or hereafter created, worldwide in perpetuity, the Entrant's Submission materials, name, likeness, image, voice, comments and appearances without any further consent or consideration. Further, by entering the Contest, each Entrant represents and warrants that each individual who is included, or whose property is included, in the videotapes or any type of media for Entrant's Submission, agreed that the Sponsor and its agents can use, advertise, monetize and otherwise exploit and distribute in any media whatsoever, including without limitation the Internet, now known or hereafter created, worldwide in perpetuity, such other individual's property, name, likeness, image, voice and comments without any further consent or compensation, and each Entrant agrees that it assigns its moral rights to the Sponsor and its agents for such purposes.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting a Submission, the Submission will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of submission. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses, or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Potential prize winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Without limitation, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant (i) whose social media account, in their sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor or its agents, the Contest or any other person or entity; (ii) who does not comply with these Official Rules; or (ii) if Sponsor receives notification about any potential infringements or breaches of law or any other reason set forth herein.

JUDGING/WINNING: There will be two (2) Phases of judging.

Phase 1: During Phase 1, all eligible Submissions will be judged by a qualified, independent panel of judges based on the following criteria:
Difficulty (40%)- The challenge level of successfully executing the trick shot
Creativity (30%)-The originality and uniqueness of the trick shot and the Name of the trick shot
Celebration (30%)- The enthusiasm, energy, and spirit in celebrating the success of the trick shot, mirroring Dude Perfect’s style

There will be up to twenty-five (25) Submissions selected on each of the following dates: April 5, 2025, April 12, 2025, April 19, 2025 and April 26, 2025.  The Submissions receiving the highest cumulative score on the dates outlined above will move on to Phase 2 (the “Finalists”). Selected Submissions will be prepped and uploaded to the Dude Perfect app. Up to one hundred (100) Submissions will move on to Phase 2.  In the event of a tie, the Submissions will be re-judged by an additional judge who will serve as a tiebreaker and evaluate such tied Submissions according to the criteria listed above.  

Phase 2: On or about May 7, 2025, Finalists will be judged by the Dude Perfect Dudes based on the following criteria:
Difficulty (40%)- The challenge level of successfully executing the trick shot
Creativity (30%)-The originality and uniqueness of the trick shot and the Name of the trick shot
Celebration (30%)- The enthusiasm, energy, and spirit in celebrating the success of the trick shot, mirroring Dude Perfect’s style

The Finalist Submission receiving the highest cumulative score will be awarded the Grand Prize. The next two (2) Finalist Submissions receiving the highest cumulative score will be awarded the First Prize  In the event of a tie, the Finalist Submissions will be re-judged by an additional judge who will serve as a tiebreaker and evaluate such tied Finalist Submissions according to the criteria listed above.  

All judging of the eligible Submissions will be under the supervision of an independent panel of judges and Sponsor, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to the Contest.  In addition, Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, elect to promote and advertise any Submission materials from Entrants.  Sponsor and its agents or Contest Entities are not responsible for the appearance or streaming quality of videos online.  All Submission materials become the property of the Sponsor. Submissions that contain any content determined by Sponsor or the judges in their sole discretion to be indecent, inappropriate, morally objectionable or otherwise unfit for advertising or publication will be disqualified.

GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize Winner and up to six (6) guests (the “Guests”) will receive a trip to a Dude Perfect US Tour Show.  The Grand Prize Winner will receive the following for the trip portion of the Grand Prize: i) roundtrip coach class airfare to and from a major airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence and Show location within the United States, ii) two (2) hotel room accommodations for two (2) days/ one (1) night, room will be a standard quad occupancy room (Sponsor to determine the hotel accommodations at their discretion and is inclusive of room rate and tax only), iii) up to seven (7) admission tickets to a Dude Perfect US Tour Show, iv) up to seven (7) post show VIP passes for a meet and greet with the Dudes, and v) a one year supply of Body Armor Sports Drink, equivalent to two (2) cases per month for one year (the “Grand Prize”). Total Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $5000.

Trip, travel, and lodging elements may be subject to change due to impracticability or unavailability, or for any other reason as determined necessary by Sponsor or its designee.  Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of issuer and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, misplaced, damaged or destroyed. ARV may vary, depending on the point, date and time of departure. Grand Prize must be accepted as a whole or will be forfeited in its entirety. All travel arrangements must be made through a travel agent or entity selected by Sponsor. Grand Prize Winner and guests will be responsible for all meals, transportation (other than described above), travel insurance, tips, room service, laundry service, souvenirs or gratuities, fuel, parking, beverages, telephone calls, overages, baggage fees, extras and any other incidental costs or expenses not specifically stated herein as being included.  Specific air carrier(s) and other trip specifics are selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.  Travel must originate and end at the same major gateway airport. Grand Prize Winner and guests will be required to obtain any travel related documents and maintain all insurance (including health, liability and any other insurance along with any documentation).  Grand Prize Winner and guests acknowledge and agree that the Sweepstakes Entities are not providers/carriers of transportation, or insurance providers. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked. No frequent flier miles will be earned on any element of prize travel.  Grand Prize conditions may be added or modified by Sponsor or its designee. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any changes of any element of the Grand Prize, nor are they liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight/event changes, cancellation or delays. Grand Winner or guest later found ineligible or non-compliant will be immediately required to return and forfeit any prize awarded. In the event Grand Prize Winner and/or guests engage in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor (or its designee) in their absolute discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, dangerous, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or may cause harm, property damage or any other loss, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip early, in whole or in part, and to send the Grand Prize Winner and Guests home with no further compensation.
FIRST PRIZES: Each First Prize Winner will be awarded a one-year supply of Body Armor Sports Drink, equivalent to two (2) cases per month for one year (each a “First Prize”).  Each First Prize has an ARV of $TBD.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: No transfer or substitution of prizes is allowed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prize winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. The value of the Grand Prize may be taxable as income and the Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all matters relating to the Grand Prize, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due with respect to the Grand Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any part of the prize becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen portion of the prize. No more than the number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded.

PRIZE NOTIFICATION: Potential Grand Winner will be notified via e-mail or mail within two (2) business days of the date in which the potential Grand Prize Winner is determined (the “Notification”). In order to claim the Grand Prize, the potential Grand Prize Winner must respond to the Notification within the time frame indicated by providing the Required Documents (as defined in the “PRIZE CLAIMS” section below). In the event that: (a) the potential Grand Prize Winner fails to respond to the Notification; (b) the potential Grand Prize Winner fails to supply the Required Documents; (c) any Notification is returned as undeliverable; or (d) it is determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, that the potential Grand Prize Winner is not eligible in accordance with these Official Rules, such potential Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified and the Finalist Submission with the next highest cumulative score will be determined to be the alternate Grand Prize Winner.

PRIZE CLAIM:  Except where prohibited, the potential Grand Prize Winner must sign and return to the Independent Administrator an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability/publicity release (the “Release”) and IRS form W-9 in order to claim the Grand Prize (collectively, the “Required Documents”) within the time frame indicated in the Notification. If the potential Grand Prize Winner fails to sign and return the Required Documents within the required time period, the potential Grand Prize Winner forfeits their right to the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize is taxable as income and the Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for any taxes on the Grand Prize, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes. The Independent Administrator must report the value of the Grand Prize to the IRS in the year the Grand Prize is received by the Grand Prize Winner and will be reported to the Grand Prize Winner and the IRS in the form of a Form 1099.  
First Prize Winners will be notified via email and must respond to the email within the time frame indicated in the Notification with the required information (“Required Information”).  If the potential First Prize Winner fails to respond to the email or does not provide the Required Information, the potential First Prize Winner forfeits their right the First Prize.
Prize winner consents to use of their name, likeness, biographical information, and voice (or any derivation thereof) in advertising worldwide without additional compensation (TN residents will not be required to sign a publicity release as a condition of winning a prize).

GENERAL:  By participating in this Contest, each Entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which shall be final in all respects relating to the Contest, including without limitation, the interpretation of these Official Rules.  Sponsor, its agents, licensees, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional agencies and suppliers and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Contest, including the Independent Administrator, and each of their respective directors, officers, shareholders and employees are not responsible and shall not be liable for; [a] electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction; [b] unauthorized access to or alterations of Submission materials; [c] technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions; or [d] limitations of any kind or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. Sponsor and its agents and / or Independent Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, damaged, misdirected, or any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted.   Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants, Sponsor, or Independent Administrator.  Submissions which contain false information, are incomplete, inaccurate or are otherwise forged, defective, or made outside authorized channels, including those which have failed due to malfunction or failure of phones, phone lines, telephone systems or networks, server, providers, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof of any kind, any human error or otherwise, shall be void. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. SPONSOR’S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THESE PROVISIONS.  If, for any reason whatsoever, this Contest, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause which, in the Sponsor’s sole judgment, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest and limit Submissions to those submitted prior to the action taken, or to proceed in such a manner as may be deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of such action will be posted on the Website. All federal, state and local regulations apply.  

DISPUTES: ENTRANTS AGREE THAT: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND/OR CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS CONTEST OR THE GRAND PRIZE AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK IN A STATE OR FEDERAL COURT LOCATED IN NEW YORK, NY WITHOUT REGARD TO PRINCIPLES OF CONFLICTS OF LAW; AND (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED IN RESOLVING THE DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CAUSE OF ACTION, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS CONTEST, IF ANY, BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ENTRANT BE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

NO LIABILITY: By participating, Entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and its agents, and each and all of the Contest Entities from and against any claims made related in any way to the operation of the Contest as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Contest-related activity, in the Contest and the display or distribution in any way of the Submission, or any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy or merchandise delivery.

INFORMATION/PRIVACY POLICY: By entering the Contest, each Entrant consents to the collection, use and distribution of his or her personal information by the Sponsor for the purposes of implementing, administering and fulfilling this Contest. Sponsor will use all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available here: https://dudeperfect.com/privacy-policy.  

WINNERS’ LIST REQUEST: To receive a prize winner’s list, send a self-addressed, stamped (business size) envelope to: “Trick Shot of the Month” Winner’s List Request, PO Box 458, Newark, NY  14513. Requests must be received by May 31, 2025.
